My Office Pictures - 2013-04

This picture was taken in the ferry from Wellington, New Zealand (on the north island) to Picton, New Zealand (on the south island). Our van was on deck 3 and this was taken on deck 7. The ride took about 4 hours. Going in to Picton was really cool. It seemed like we just kept going and going and going inland.

This picture was taken at a laundromat in Hokitika, New Zealand. It was a great find for us. Not only did we get our laundry done but there were electrical outlets and we found free Internet access from a nearby library. It was just about perfect for campers.

My Office - 2013-03-27

This first one was on the 8-hour flight from Singapore to Sydney.

This second one was on the deck at the house we rented outside of Sydney in a little tourist town of Katoomba. We loved it here. We saw foxes, wallabies, and a wide variety of colorful and loud birds in the fields and trees you can see behind me.

My Office - 2013-01-07

This is my office today in Luang Prabang, Laos. It is a chilly morning, probably in the 60s. Without the many wires it would be a pretty view. I am sitting on the second floor balcony of our guest house looking out over a main street. Across the street is a buddhist temple and market. The structure in the picture is a gate/entrance to the temple. Palm trees are pretty any time and anywhere. Do you think anyone would mind if I just cut those wires to make the view better?

This is my office today in Vangvieng, Laos. I realize that I am not recognizable in the shadows (maybe it's better that way) but the point of the picture is the awesome mountains.

Yes, this "office" (in Nong Khai, Thailand) is as awesome as the picture. Nong Khai is in Northern Thailand on the Mekong River. Across the river is Laos.

My Office Today - 2012-12-26

This is my office today. It is the day after Christmas and I am on a train heading North from Bangkok, Thailand to Udonthani near the border with Laos. I am providing my own Internet via my mobile hotspot. This technology still amazes me.
